Endodontic Micro Irrigation & Micro Evacuation

Endo Micro Irrigator

A wand style handpiece with push button allows you to deliver the irrigating solution of your choice on demand by pressing and holding the button. Release the button and the flow will stop instantly. The system works using regulated low air pressure in a reservoir bottle and then pushes the solution through the tubing. Individual flow controls allow you to control the volume of solution from a small drip to a steady stream. This Micro Irrigation System includes titanium handpieces, solution reservoirs and specialized tubing which are inert to caustic irrigants.

IrriVac™ Positive Needle Pressure Upgrade

Titanium IrriVac™ with simultaneous suction and irrigation provides you the capability for improved, thorough cleaning and disinfection of canals. The IrriVac™ is an upgrade to ASI’s Micro Irrigation System and can be upgraded for one or more handpieces or select a combination such as one standard for EDTA.

Sonic IrriVac™

Gentle sonic vibration is generated using compressed air from the dental unit that creates a sonic movement of the irrigating needle to gently but effectively agitate the solution in the canal. Sonic IrriVac irrigator is further enhanced with the ability to add a tubing over the needle for simultaneous suction. This allows one handed continuous irrigation without an assistant for steadily introducing new solution while removing the spent irrigant solution.

Heated Micro Irrigator

The Heated Micro Irrigator is an upgrade option to the Micro Irrigator (above) that uses an in-line heating element to heat the solution at the point-of-use. The system is thermostatically controlled to an appropriate temperature of up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The Heated Micro Irrigator includes a 500 ml solution container and chemically inert tubing. Titanium handpiece accepts standard disposable luer lock irrigation needles.

Micro Evacuation & Drying

Use ASI’s Micro Evacuator for fast final rinsing and drying. Just insert any standard needle onto the Micro Evacuator for quick evacuation of canal spaces. Titanium body and inert Luer type connector allows use with all standard disposable Luer lock needles and is unaffected by harsh irrigants, including bleach! Fits standard 7/32" saliva ejector tubing for connection to a solids trap on your assistants package or as an integrated option on your ASI delivery system.
