Lateral Perforation Irrigation Needles (Pkg of 20) - Endodontic Needle for Canal Irrigation - Thin 27 gauge by 38mm long flexible needle, double orifice with one at end and one lateral provides greater activation of the irrigant. The lateral perforation is important in the event the needle tip is blocked in a narrow part of the canal. The liquid can escape instead of being injected beyond the apex. Also available in single orifice at end.
