Once you have determined which model and options you would like, a
Sales Account Manager will prepare an itemized quotation including
shipping charges for your review. Please complete a Delivery Unit
Configuration with the arrangement of the instruments in the order that
you desire. Contact a Sales Account Manager for assistance in
completing this form. If you will be sending instruments to be
integrated into your delivery system, please review the Installation
Instrument Check List for which items we will need. We will need an
approximate date that you will be sending your instruments to assist
with production scheduling of your order. If you need to shorten the
amount of time you are without your instruments, please contact your
sales representative to discuss options.
Pricing and SpecificationsAll
prices noted in our price lists reflect Buyer’s net cost in U.S.
currency. The prices do not include freight, applicable federal, state,
or local taxes, charges and duties, or special crating requirements for
export shipments.

Payment Terms Our payment terms
are 50% down with your order and the balance due upon shipment. Our
lead times can vary and may depend on the complexity of your order but
generally ship within six to eight weeks after order. Please consult
with your Sales Account Manager if you need a specific delivery time
arrangement.
Returned Goods Policy ASI
Medical, Inc. will accept non-custom returns from customers up to 30
days after the product is received in undamaged condition in its
original packaging. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed toward the
refund of the returned product(s).
The customer is responsible for all shipping and return freight
charges.
For lease purchases, refer to terms of the equipment lease agreement for return provisions.
Warranty ASI provides a Limited
Warranty, a Supplemental Electronic Instrument Warranty and a
Replacement Parts Warranty. Certain modifications and exclusions apply.
ASI provides technical support via phone and email.
We also provide on-site service if necessary.
ASI's
qualified service personnel can deliver and install units for an extra
fee though the self-contained units are plum-free and don't require any
special plumbing or electrical considerations.
We can provide on-site training for operation and maintenance of every unit we furnish.
Delivery Options
ASI will coordinate with various Standard Ground, Air and Frieght delivery companies to ensure proper delivery of your product.
